Masha Sleepwear Refund & Exchange Policy

Masha Sleepwear offers a 15-day return and exchange policy from the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Access Your Order History

    • Log in to your account: Login Page
    • Go to ‘Order History’ under ‘My Purchases’

  2. Submit Return/Exchange Request

    • Click the ‘Return’ link next to the relevant order
    • Select the reason for return
    • Choose your preferred refund method
    • Confirm the request

  3. Processing Your Return

    • Once submitted, Masha Sleepwear will process your return request promptly.

Important Considerations

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used product 

Return Window

  • You can request a return or exchange only within 15 days of order delivery.
  • After this period, the return option will be disabled in your account.

Order Status

  • Return requests can only be made after the order is marked as ‘Delivered’ by the courier.
  • This may take up to 24 hours after actual delivery.
  • If the return option is unavailable after 24 hours, contact us at hello@mashasleepwear.com.

Return Process

  1. Prepare the Items

    • Ensure the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags.
    • Place items back in their original packaging.

  2. Secure Packaging

    • Use bubble wrap to protect the items.
    • Enclose the original invoice inside the package.

  3. Condition of Items

    • Returns will not be processed if:
      • Items are used, damaged, or missing tags

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours of pickup (excluding Sundays).
  • It may take up to 48 hours for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Cash On Delivery (COD) Refunds

  • Refunds will be sent directly to your provided UPI ID.

Prepaid Order Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

  • If an order is canceled before shipping, both the order amount and shipping charges will be refunded.
